Make a withdrawal request

Once your balance reaches €2.00, the Withdraw button on the Balance tab turns from grey to orange. Tap it to start your request — there's no maximum, withdraw as often as you reach the minimum amount.

Add your PayPal email

Choose PayPal as your preferred payment method. Enter the email linked to your PayPal account, then tap Save Payment Method to confirm. Double-check the email before saving — that's where your payouts will be sent.

Within 30 days, open your PayPal app and tap Accept on the transfer from Money SMS — here's why. The money lands right after you accept. Miss the window? The payment is returned and you can request it again.

Common questions about payments and withdrawals.

Yes. Your payment information is encrypted and stored securely. TelQ Telecom GmbH is GDPR-compliant and based in the European Union, ensuring your data is protected under strict privacy regulations.

Once a withdrawal request is submitted, the payment method cannot be changed. However, you can select a different method for your next withdrawal. Make sure your PayPal email or wallet address is correct before submitting.

'Payment sent' means the money has been sent to your wallet. Please allow up to 48 hours for it to arrive. PayPal payments are usually instant, while Bitcoin and Litecoin transfers may take longer due to blockchain processing times.

If you see an unclaimed payment from Money SMS in your PayPal wallet, you need to accept it. Choose to either convert it to your primary balance currency (we send payments in EUR) or keep it in EUR. This happens when PayPal requires manual confirmation for certain incoming payments.

A 'Failed' status means our system tried to send the payment to your address but the transfer didn't go through. Double-check that your payment address (PayPal email or crypto wallet) is correct. If possible, try a different payment address and submit a new withdrawal request.

First, verify you entered your payment address correctly. PayPal users should check their inbox — you may need to manually accept the payment. For crypto payments, allow some extra time, as blockchain confirmations can take longer during periods of network congestion.
