These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the Money SMS mobile application ("App") and the website located at moneysmsapp.com ("Website"), operated by TelQ Telecom GmbH ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"), a company registered in Germany, European Union.
By downloading, installing, or using the App, or by accessing the Website, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App or Website.
Money SMS is a mobile application that allows users to earn money by participating in TelQ's global SMS quality assurance network. Users earn income by:

You must create an account to use the App. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information as necessary. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that provide false information or violate these Terms.

Earnings rates may vary based on location, carrier, and testing demand. We reserve the right to modify earnings rates at any time with reasonable notice.
Users may withdraw their earnings once the minimum threshold of €2 is reached. Available withdrawal methods include PayPal, Bitcoin, and Litecoin. Withdrawals are processed within 3 business days. We reserve the right to verify account information before processing payments.
If you enable the optional SMS sending feature:
The App requires certain device permissions to function, including SMS permissions to detect and process test messages. The App does not read, store, or transmit your personal SMS messages. Detailed information about permissions is available on our Security Center page.

The App, Website, and all related content, trademarks, and materials are the property of TelQ Telecom GmbH. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms.
The App and Website are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, specific earnings levels, or that the App will be error-free.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, TelQ Telecom GmbH shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the App or Website, including but not limited to SMS charges incurred through the sending feature.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the App at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion. Upon termination, any pending earnings above the minimum withdrawal threshold may be paid out at our discretion.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify users of material changes through the App or Website. Your continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Germany and the European Union. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Germany.
